The private plunge pool on the large terrace, makes this apartment a rare find, just a few minutes walk to the beach!
There is a communal pool open all year, two more pools (in summer) & a gym.
It's walking distance to countless restaurants & bars. The bedrooms have premium beds and blackout blinds.
The luxurious apartment has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 people. There are 2 modern bat
The luxurious apartment has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 people. There are 2 modern bathrooms and a spacious living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen.
The large terrace is the highlight, with bi-fold doors, adjustable lighting and a private plunge pool all year round (unheated). You can enjoy outdoor dining, relaxing and sunbathing on the premium furnishings. There is also another small terrace accessible from one of the bedrooms.
The stylish living room is next to the with fully equipped, modern kitchen with all the amenities you could need - including tea and coffee.There is heating and air conditioning throughout the property for all year round comfort, and blackout blinds.

1 bedroom with king bed, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom
1 bedroom with twin beds, air conditioning and access to a small private terrace
1 bathroom en suite with double sink, bath, walk-in shower

This is the perfect place to enjoy the restaurants, beaches and attractions of La Cala de Mijas!
IMPORTANT INFO:
-The main pool is open all year round and heated in winter to approximately 28 degrees. There are also two heated showers in the pool area in winter!
PLEASE NOTE: one pool is open. All other pools are currently closed for repairs due to a leak. We do not know when they will re-open which is why we do not advertise them in our listing. However you may see them in some of the photos. Thanks for your understanding.
All guests age 14+ must provide their national ID & information for tourist registration purposes, as per Spanish law (decree 28/2016). We will contact you before you arrive, for the information.
-No groups aged under 23, and no male-only groups unless including kids, due to disappointing past experiences. thanks for your understanding
-No noise/music after 22h especially if you are sitting outside - please consider your neighbours.
-Secure property with exterior CCTV monitoring
-the community rules are displayed in the property, please do not hang pool towels over the balcony, use the drying rack we provide 😊
