There were some "nit pikky" issues, such as non-working table lamps. But it's a lovely complex with a great gym, and three (that we saw) pools all clean and warm with nice lounges, and great security. The views from this condo are spectacular, as long as you don't mind the Ace in the view. And the South Palm location is spot-on.Our only real gripes were the balcony was not clean, and the dessert dust was thick. I hosed it down (about 2 hours) and enjoyed it thoroughly after that... and the skimpy supply of china & silverware. It's a good rental unit, not great, but good. We have no regrets and loved our four weeks in wonderful Palm Springs.
