The apartment door has a Schlage electric lock and you will be provided with a code which will be valid for the duration of your stay.
Guests have full access to the second-floor apartment, which includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, workspace and dining area.
Entry is through a private entrance and staircase with secure smart lock access.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We conveniently offer self check-in and checkout. Please note that our listing is a self-catering home.
Other details to note: + The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest party. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
+ NO SMOKING ALLOWED of any kind (including vapes). Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 fee and cancelation of booking.
+ NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS. We do not allow visitors at the property. Only registered guests may occupy the space.
+ PARKING: There is ample street parking available. We also provide 1 reserved parking spot, subject to availability. It is $10/day up to a flat fee of $40 for stays longer than 4 days.
+ Guest must be at least 25 years old to book
+ Photo ID may be requested upon/before check-in
How Property Damage Protection Works
We have the $59 damage protection enacted on our listing which means:
-Guest pays $59 for $1500 coverage
When booking, guests will be given the choice of paying the Property Damage Protection plan cost or paying the amount equivalent to the selected coverage level as a damage security deposit. If you decline to pay $59, VRBO will automatically charge you a $1,500.00 refundable deposit. Please take note and do not be surprised by this. Thank you.

The property was clean and comfortable, and obviously well cared for. The mix of shared and private space worked well for our group of four siblings. We especially appreciated how easy it was to reach our host, who was very pleasant to work with.

We had a nice long weekend stay. The house was clean, well appointed, and so many windows to let in the light. The memory foam bed was super comfortable. There is a great little coffee shop a block away that was nice for us from Seattle. This location was close to downtown and easy access to the freeway. The communication with the hosts was great and super quick if we needed anything.

Host was great to work with. Very responsible to all questions and requests quickly. Had everything here that I need to live comfortably, prepare meals, and do laundry! I will stay here again next time I need a place in Cincinnati!
