A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Enjoy a true beachfront getaway on beautiful Anna Maria Island, where the soft white sand and Gulf of Mexico are right outside your door.
This ground-floor corner condo puts you just steps from the beach—no stairs or elevators needed. Start your morning with a walk along the Gulf, spend the day relaxing in the sand, and end the evening watching an unforgettable Florida sunset from your screened lanai.
Inside, the condo sleeps up to four guests with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You’ll also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, fresh linens, bath and beach towels, and complimentary laundry facilities.
We provide starter essentials including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, Keurig coffee pods, and dishwasher detergent so you can settle in and start enjoying your vacation right away.
Outside, enjoy the shared hot tub, beachfront loungers, outdoor shower, propane grill and, best of all, direct access to one of Florida’s most beautiful beaches.
You’ll also be close to restaurants, shopping and popular Bridge Street, making it easy to enjoy Anna Maria Island without spending your vacation in the car.
Traveling with family or friends? We own another beachfront condo in the same 10-unit building, allowing larger groups to vacation together while still having their own private space.
Come experience beachfront living, beautiful Gulf sunsets, and the laid-back atmosphere of Anna Maria Island.

We had a perfect stay! Everything was just as described. Beautiful location on the beach -everything we needed. We walked everywhere for three days. Never moved the car. Dan and Crystal are excellent hosts!

The location and sunsets were spectacular!!! Favorite times were front row seats to the sunset each evening and morning walks on the beach right outside the lanai! Would definitely stay again. Dan and Crystal were so kind and responsive.

Fantastic hosts, very accommodating. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and pubs. The beach right in front is second to none. We highly recommend!
