Many updates in this spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast nook to enjoy the paper and a cup of coffee. The living room enjoys new leather furnishings and a large flat-screen TV. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and views of Tigertail lagoon. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed. Both bathrooms have single vanities and tub/shower combinations. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the spectacular view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico!

South Seas Northwest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile. You must register upon arrival or their next business day. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Normal Office Hours- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm Seasonal Office Hours - Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm (7 days/week)
NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Great view from the room, everything was in good condition and clean when we arrived. Check in was reasonably easy and we enjoyed our stay.
