Welcome to "A B SEA" this beautiful 5 bedroom 5 bathroom home located in the gated community of the St. George Plantation. Boasting a private pool and spa, screened decks, and an elevator making your stay an experience to remember. The exterior of this home features a private pool, spa, enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, a fish cleaning station, under-house parking, and screened area for outdoor dining. The foyer on the ground level features an elevator and stair well leads to the floors above. The first floor features a secondary sitting area with a TV, ice maker, mini-fridge, and access to the deck. The first floor also contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom. The second floor features the open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen features stainless appliances, plenty of cabinetry, and a breakfast bar. The living area features comfortable seating, a fire place, and a TV.
