Located on the 2nd floor of the Sequoia residence in Avoriaz, this renovated charming studio of 34m² comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Perfect for a practical and pleasant stay in the heart of the resort.
Living area :
After a few steps from the entrance, you will find an open-plan kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, induction hobs, refrigerator) integrated into the main room. A bunk bed (2 beds 80x190 cm) is also located in this space.
The lounge, which can be separated by a sliding door, features a 140x190 cm sofa bed, a small fireplace and a TV. The South-East facing balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains and the resort.

The Sequoia residence is one of the first residences in Avoriaz. It was built at the same time as the Hôtel des Dromonts, which is located a few meters away, and consists of 30 apartments designed on half-levels. It marks the turning point that leads to the Place des Dromonts and its recently renovated shops, including a bowling alley, restaurants, caterer, wine and deli shop, and ski shops.
Access to the Arare sector of the Portes du Soleil ski area is direct, allowing you to access other sectors or nearby Switzerland.

Loved it. Cute apartment. The bunk area was more spacious than I thought from the pictures. Huge bathroom and lots of space to store our belongings. together with ski locker downstairs too. Loved the welcome gift/wash kit very handy saving us buying the essential cleaning products. The only think I felt missing from the apartment was some lunchboxes would have been handy as we made packed lunch which inevitably got a bit squashed. The location was good....once we got there. having not been to Avoriaz before my god what a mission it was to find it when we first arrived...trekking for 30mins through the deep snow with our luggage!!! I think next time we'll wait in line for transport!!!
