Accommodating up to eight guests, it features four exquisite bedrooms—one king and three queens—each with a Tempur-Pedic mattress to ensure deep, restorative sleep, along with four elegant bathrooms (three full, one half) offering spa-inspired comfort. The open living area invites you to unwind on zero-gravity sofas or gather in the chef’s kitchen, fully equipped with Viking stainless-steel appliances, a quartz backsplash, and everything you need to create memorable meals. A Sonos sound system fills the air with your favorite music, while thoughtful touches like zero-gravity loungers and complimentary Wi-Fi make every moment effortless.
Outside, your private oasis awaits with a 40-foot heated saltwater pool, soothing spillover spa, outdoor sitting area with a fire pit, and a beautiful gas grill perfect for alfresco dining. Dual terraces offer peaceful spots for sunrise yoga, candlelit dinners, or evening cocktails with Gulf breezes. Just steps away, the Delmar Avenue Beach Access leads to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf—only a short stroll across Estero Boulevard. Small dogs under 20 lbs are welcome ($200 fee per pet, pre-approval required), so your whole family can share in the joy. Home was beautiful, well equipped and as pictured in listing. Communication was easy. Rebuilding continues in the area, but did not disturb over night.

Sun Kissed Villa looked exactly as shown in the pictures. The house was spotless and well equipped with all the necessities. The pool, hot tub and game room were the perfect set up for entertainment. It was a quick walk to the beach and an easy walk to Times Square for shopping and restaurants. It is one of the nicest houses we have stayed at and would stay again! The host was responsive to all questions before we arrived.

We decided first on a family gathering, then decided on Fort Myers Beach, then found and booked the house. It was the right decision all the way around. Our two uoung grandchildren learned to swim in the house pool. The location was perfect for us to walk almost everywhere. The only minor hassle was with the living room tv which took awhile to start working and on the last day list its volume. Also, the two downstairs TV's did not have accessible sdmi connections so we could not watch what we had stored in our two laptops.
