The flexibility of the host and willingness to accomodate our needs. I loved the set-up of the home with plenty of options in bedroom designs perfect for a big family or for a large group having a holiday. Messages to the host were replied to in a speedy manner and the host was very helpful. I would highly recommend this place.
Perhaps a welcome pack with wifi code and instructions on how the various doors work would have been helpful. However, the host was able to answer all our questions very quickly if we couldn't figure things out.
