New, clean and located close to where we needed to be.
No amenities like shampoo and soap. No kitchenware despite being an extended stay hotel.

What i personally liked was it is close to everything but of course the staff are very good and their personalities are pleasant. There are no complaints here

Breakfast?? There wasn't any, only coffee. Which is fine because it is extremely rare that a hotel has any food worth eating.
The loud A/C unit & the people in the room above me who stomped the floor & allowed their kid to run continuously for hours mimicking a stampede of cattle. I'd recommend staying on the top floor.

I liked the cost, I was in town for an event and it was cheap.
They're oddly possessive with their towels. It's hot, we took multiple showers per day and they refused more than 2 small bath towels and two washcloths... That's right, no hand towels. They also only provided one tube of shampoo, and no extra toilet paper.
