The most horrible experience ever. Noisy, dirty and no customer service
Nothing to like from this property.
This is the most horrible property I have ever stayed with Booking.com! The apartment is located in a very busy neighborhood that have discos and bars at every corner, with one exactly across the street from the apartment. This means that you will not get any sleep from midnight to 4AM Wednesday to Sunday morning on account of hundreds of young people drunk, screaming and shouting outside the windows of the apartment, which is on the lower floor of the building. On top of this, for the entire month we stayed there, the units on the same floor were under renovation and continued to be under renovation so there was construction noise all day! Customer service is minimal, just dismissive and not helpful. They also requested a deposit but weeks after vacating the apartment, I am yet to receive the refund I am due, even though the apartment was returned in perfect condition. The furniture and house furnishings depicted on the site are not what is in the apartment. Towels, sheets, cutlery, pots and pans are hardly clean, well used and in dire need of replacement. This is a very expensive apartment for the price. Cleaning standards are minimum, so be prepared to see dirt and lack of maintenance throughout this three bedroom property. Beware that the cleaning fee for this unit is quite steep, but you will actually receive a dirty apartment not a clean one. The floor where this apartment has three other apartments, in various stages of construction, which means there is a lot of noise, traffic and all kinds of people coming and going (guests, construction workers, etc.) quite disruptive for a short or long term stay. I have never experienced anything as bad as this place. Finally, the area were the apartment is located is not very nice, lots of graffiti and dark streets and far from any of the wonderful tourist sites. This is not a good representation of this beautiful city and I am shocked by the lack of accountability and customer service of this management company.
