Good location lots of linen and easy to check in

The location was perfect
Where do you start.
The carpets were coming up off the floor so you trip over them all the time, the splash barrier for shower in the main bathroom was hanging off so we didn’t use that just in case it fell off, no fob to get into the bin area, the towels were left wet in n the washing machine.
When we got there I had to ring the tenant twice to get the code for the door and at this point they were very rude and an hour past the time we were supposed to check in.
