the location was good for me as it was close enough to the Anaga region and as I'd hired a car access to all its glorious hiking routes and ideally placed for the major roads into towns...25mins Puerto de la cruz, Bajamar similar, 30 mins to Santa Cruz 5 more mins to the beautiful Teseritas beach with plenty of free parking the accom suited me perfectly with just a couple of items worth bearing in mind if you decide to rent this place out especially in/during the hot summer months theres no air con but there is a good standard fan which was ideal enough for the late summer heat 28+ degs. the accom is right under the north airport flight path and though its noticeable with many take offs at 7 -7.30am with last take off mebe around 9pm its suprisingly quiet with the big jets and the smaller 'island hopper' turbo prop planes not to much of an issue unless you want perfect peace and quiet, good super dino supermarket opposite,Pharmacy a few yards away.. The main T5 junction 14 is 200yds away but even sitting outside on the spacious balcony you cant hear the traffic thundering past. you're beside the Carr del Norte which is sometimes a bit busy but overall after 8-9pm its pretty quiet. parking is easy and free just outside the APT door. The Tasca La Thuya grill/bar is right under and beside the apartment, you can hear them getting prepared to open in the mornings,for me not really an issue as i'm an early riser. was always closed when I returned in the afternoons, I didn't use it but the food smelt good an the place seemed to have a good early morning vibe. Not to sure whats close by like resteraunts/bars etc except a nice Pastelaria..yum. Facillities are as listed and are good,perfect for self catering which suited me, the place could probably sleep 3 with 1 double private bed and a sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen/diner...

if you want night life bars beers an booze then I'd look elsewhere.. for me it was ideal for hiking areas,a good comfy bed and good decent facillites for self catering..i already miss it !!

Comoda per il parcheggio libero in strada ed il supermercato esattamente di fronte. In 10 minuti si è in centro a La Laguna e dall’appartamento si raggiungono velocemente le strade principali per qualsiasi destinazione. Equipaggiamento di casa più che sufficiente per una vacanza, bagno comodo e abbastanza spazioso.

Abbiamo avuto sfortuna trovando alcuni giorni di tempo brutto e freddo, ed il fatto che non ci fosse riscaldamento o comunque un impianto di aria condizionata che facesse caldo, ha un po penalizzato il soggiorno. Ma con le giornate soleggiate la casa si scalda bene!

Location was not bad

It was so cold and clammy in the apartment. we had to hang our clothes outside out before we can wear it. Sleeping in the bed was almost impossible before using an hairdryer to warm it and get it dry. There is only one little electric heater in the apartment which was not so good working. Also washing machine doesn’t work so well..

Muy bien ubicado y limpio. Gestionado por una chica muy amable. Es muy cálido y tiene de todo. Fácil aparcamiento y nos dejaron salir un poco más tarde. Muy contenta con la experiencia.

Estaría bien una cama un poco más grande y que avisen o expliquen que hay una puerta dentro del apartamento que me imagino que da al bar de abajo. Está evidentemente cerrada con llave. No pasó nada pero me asusté al principio. No preguntamos por no molestar. Pero todo fue muy bien.
