Host alex was very helpful and prompt in all services. He was ready to help always. Property was same as shown in pics and it was neat and clean. Location is also good as near mega mall so you have everything to eat and shop and entertainment.

very cozy place，snow mountain view. the building is very new and in a gated community. It is very clean, two beds are very comfortable for my family. There is a 24 hour small supermarket on the ground floor.About 5 minutes to Mega on foot.Alex is very easy going and considerate landlord. I will choose it again if go to Almaty in future.
