Roughly less than $100aud per night
Quite small for a family of 5 (kids aged 5,3, and 1)
the place on arrival wasn't exceptionally clean. There was quite a amount of dust that could be felt and leftover plastic bags and other miscellaneous items under bed.
This place is ideal for only 1-2 single or couple travellers.

Generally ok, new building, 15 mins to the metro station/loop train line. A convenience store is nearby. Overall clean, spacious.
So first I recommend checking towels, we had long dark hair on some of them (we are both short haired blonde people, so no way it was ours), then beds are not very comfy, they are light and moving easily. There is not enough space for 4 people, even though there are 2 double beds.
The location is ok, but could have been better, also we had a bit of a quest with locks that under the rainy cold weather was so-so 🥲
