Central location which was great for myself and my daughter who was starting university there.

The living room/ kitchen could have got away with a smaller kitchen fridge/ cooker. Which would have made the sitting area a bit more spacious whilst having a morning coffee etc. Other than that it was nice.

Great location

Better water pressure in the shower

Great location. Peaceful neighborhood and quiet at night. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. We dined at the Thai restaurant in the same building, and it was excellent. The beds were comfortable and most importantly the nights were quiet (during the week). The small kitchenette has everything you need for making a quick coffee in the morning and chilling your wine and beer for the night. It also functions as the living room with a two person couchlett to hang out on. Airconditioning made a hot summer night comfortable. The bathroom is clean and the shower feels like the most spacious room of it all. Overall five stars for comfort, location, cleanliness and value!

Nothing bad to report. The apartment is on the top floor and you have to climb a steep stairwell, but no problem for us. The apartment is cozy, as in small, but it worked for the three of us. The bedroom has two standard queen sized beds with only 1-1/2 feet room between them. Again no problem for us.

Location was good, 9mins away from our destination, African American Museum. Plenty of restaurants nearby, including the restaurant downstairs. Staff responded quickly to questions.

Metered parking, only 2 or 3 hour limit. We had unit 5, had to climb 5/6 flights of stairs just to get to apartment. There was no warning. Staff stated the pictures should have told us. Not that spacious, no more than 3 ppl should stay. Water pressure low. No wash clothes, only towel and hand towels available.
