Inside the home was very clean.
The lawn needed care very badly, 2 hobos out front overflowing with trash, the house had a smell from a soured mop bucket, it needed a few touch ups inside the home. Needed more bath cloths.

The property was in a very well area as we are from around Tampa. The backyard was pretty big. The location made it easily accessible to go to the beaches and or the city. Very convenient.
It could have different furniture to make it more comfortable in the living room, but other than that, it was a very quaint uncomfortable house

The location and fenced in yard
Bare minimum home. Hard beds, cheap sectional sofa, no dressers, not enough kitchen supplies (most cabinets are empty), yard not maintained.
