el sitio tiene muchísimo encanto, es pequeñito pero justo lo que se necesita para una escapadita de la rutina. El spa es maravilloso y lo mejor de todo ha sido el trato del personal

En general todas las insta acciones están muy bien, aunque destacaría el Spa. Muy completo, limpio, amplio, con luz natural por lo que era luminoso pero también acogedor. Y para los amantes del pozo de agua más fría, es el más frío que he probado 😁💪

Lo que menos me gustó y que además creo que es un error que este presente en este tipo de hotel, ya que le quita calidad y rompe la estética, es el uso de adornos de plástico principalmente plantas y flores de plástico sobre todo en el Spa. Desde mi punto de vista, con las plantas naturales que además son perfectas para ese espacio, son más que suficientes. El resto las quitaría todas. Igualmente quitaría otro complemento de plástico que hay en una de las fuentes, unos nenúfares de colores de ida tamaños. . Dado que estamos hablando de un hotel de estilo canario, esa fuente de piedra por si misma ya es el complemento perfecto. Menos siempre es más. Y más aún cuando de adornos de plastico se trata.

Todo, sobre todo el ambiente y la tranquilidad. Además el personal es maravilloso, te hacen sentir en casa desde el primer momento.

I selected this hotel exactly to be in a quiet location. It was exactly that and a charming old property renovated - not very easy to find but we arrived after a few circuits. We had dinner at the hotel the second night, served outside on the terrace, and the food was delicious. The service was good too, but that is not surprising given that there were only two tables being served. We were not able to charge dinner to our room and were asked to pay for our meal at the end of a quiet but very pleasant evening.

There was no breakfast service- the first day when we wanted breakfast (included in the price paid) it came in a box and it was no more than a picnic and took 40 minutes to arrive and served in reception and it was suggested that we make coffee in our room in tiny cups. Fine for people who like a coffee shot but this is no breakfast service. Please see your site which states “Good Breakfast”. The second morning the box was ready but again a picnic. No plates and wooden cutlery. I complained on both occasions. After complaints they did manage to produce a cup of tea, but no offer of milk and a selection of teabags were dumped on the table in front of me. The receptionist apologised about the shortfalls, recognising this was no way to serve breakfast. The hotel management was nowhere to be seen, and there is obviously a crisis in both occupancy and even worse crisis in the breakfast service
