This beautiful new hotel is only 9 months old. Very thoughtful, beautiful design and lovely rooms. Spacious, immaculate, and fantastic breakfast of everything one could want.

The staff tried very hard to resolve the issue.
The room that Booking.com sold us (exec suite -572 sq/ft - with two queen bed with a roll-in shower) had been booked for three weeks and still had one more week. They only had one roll-in shower. So my wife had a very difficult time showering. This was a failure of both Bookings and Hyatt. We had called the facility to confirm and the they mistakenly did confirm they had the reservation, but failed to check availability. They said they would refund half of the price. I’m still waiting for the refund from Booking.com
