Very good location in the city center The apartment is in a super convenient location - a few minutes walk to Palermo Cathedral and the main attractions, so you can walk everywhere. The hosts are responsive and check-in is easy Although located in the very center, the area is described as relatively quiet, which allows you to relax after walking around the city.

Regarding cleanliness — it should be better maintained in all areas of the apartment, including details such as cabinet handles and similar surfaces. The ventilation and air circulation in the apartment are in a critically poor condition. Although there is an air blower/fan, it does not provide sufficient airflow or oxygen to the upper sleeping area, which is a concern. Sound insulation from the street is relatively poor (typical for Sicily, as I have experienced in previous visits as well). People with lighter sleep should take this into consideration. Additionally, the use of air fresheners should be reconsidered, as the scent was very strong and unpleasant. I immediately turned it off upon entering the apartment. There are only two sources of natural light — a window in the entrance door area and a bathroom window. Overall, natural light inside the apartment is very limited. Another recommendation would be to replace the bright white light bulbs with warmer “yellow/cozy” lighting, as the current lighting creates a feeling of being in a supermarket when turned on. Internet quality is also relatively poor (Netflix, for example, was barely usable with very low streaming quality). Recommendation: if you are arriving by car, parking may be difficult (only possible on nearby streets). I traveled by motorcycle, which was not a problem.
