This is a great apartment, spacious, bright and quiet. You have access to an outdoor area in the garden and there is parking. Fred that owner was very accommodating. It's in a great location within easy access to the centre of Libourne. Also it's next door to the path along by the river which is a lovely walk.
It would be brilliant if there was a hairdryer in the apartment, especially in winter but I will bring one the next time I visit.

Bed was comfortable. Close to the river.
Furnishings were uncomfortable for sitting. No TV. Every move upstairs (the owners), including turning over in bed, is audible down in the gite. No couch just uncomfortable chairs. I slept on the floor because my partner was spinning like a top as usual. There is a lot of room in the gite. It needs more thinking about the amenities. Check in at 17:00-18:00 and then check out between 7:30-9:00 is miserly at best.
