Guests should note that stairs are required to access the balcony and shared exterior amenities, including a washer and dryer located on the second level. For guest safety and property security, exterior security cameras record audio and video 24/7. Street-permitted parking is provided for one vehicle; while vehicle information may be submitted in advance and receipt confirmed, the vehicle is not considered registered for parking until registration is explicitly confirmed on the day of arrival.
