The townhouse was in a great location for our stay, just minutes from Whole Foods and Smith’s and shopping and restaurants, and about 15 mins from Main Street and the main Park City Mountain area (parking reservations were pretty easy to come by at the mountain, but you could also park at one of the Main Street lots and take a shuttle bus to the mountain). The place was the perfect size and layout for 3 families with kids of varying ages. It was clean and beds were fairly comfortable. There’s a hot tub that we never ended up using but my son did make use of the community gym which was nearby. I didn’t see any games anywhere so bring or buy your own if needed.
My only complaints about the place were 1) the kitchen is very poorly stocked. Cooking utensils and things like glasses were cheap and poor quality for the price being charged for the unit. There wasn’t even a working wine opener or decent sponge or kitchen cleaning products. And 2) the fees added onto the rental are quite high and it’s not clear from any documentation I was sent what those fees were for—which makes #1 even more frustrating.

We had a great stay. The location was great. About 5 minutes to Canyon Village and 15 to Park City. The place was really spacious and clean. We cooked all our meals and had everything we needed at the house. We had 8 adults and felt like it was the perfect spot.

Great condo for our trip. The large open floor plan between the kitchen and living room was nice and the hot tub made it even better. Perfect location for getting to Park City. There was a nearby path that led directly to the shuttle stop. Only downsides: some of our group found the beds to be not very comfortable and the kitchen was not very well stocked with kitchen supplies. In particular there was only one old pan for us to use.
