Down the Lane @ 408 is tucked down a laneway on the restaurant strip of North Hobart. It is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, pubs, galleries, and opposite the iconic State Cinema. The heart of the CBD is a 15 minute gentle walk or alternatively the bus stop is directly opposite the accommodation.
There is parking allocated to this accommodation.
The location is one of its best assets. It is difficult to get accommodation on the strip at this price
This studio apartment is on the North Hobart strip surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, movie theatre, supermarkets, pubs and so on. You have the ability to close the roller door and `shut` it all out when you want some quiet time.
The bedding is a queen bed and a single sofa bed Please let me know what you would like as soon as you can
We have an off street park behind the cafe next door
Guests can use any space around the apartment

The neighbourhood is a trendy area of Hobart and a great place to return to after a day out. Catch a movie at the iconic State Cinema directly opposite the accommodation. The bus stop is also directly outside heading straight to the centre of the city, or it`s a 20 minute walk to the centre of the city

There is a taxi rank outside the pub next door as well

It was stark & basic accommodation with second hand furniture. The bed was squeaky. There was no tea towel to dry the very few items of crockery so used the apron instead. The thing it has going for it is the location, close to amenities, city etc. There is room for a wardrobe and full length mirror as well as hooks on the wall which it needs. Not worth the price charged.
