The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this house for rent in the town of Pléneuf-Val-André, a 5-minute walk from the beach, with a surface area of 140 m² and capacity for up to 7 guests. It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of approximately 425 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with TV and sofa
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- A shower room
- Bedroom 1: a double sofa bed
- Separate WC
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190) forming a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: two twin beds (90x190)
- Bedroom 4: one single bed (90x190)
- A bathroom (with shower and WC)
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 20 m² veranda with a dining table and lounge area
- An enclosed, private garden of approximately 350 m²
The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant setting. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one vehicle).
