Perfect Location for Exploring

You're just a short walk to local coffee spots, family-friendly breweries, and Rotary Park/Beach, so it's easy to spend the day swimming, building sandcastles, or enjoying a picnic by the water.

Outdoor Fun for All Ages

Come home to your own private pool, where kids can splash while the grown-ups relax on the shaded patio with a cool drink. Catch a family movie or the big game on the outdoor TV as the sun sets.

Game Night & Off-Road Adventures

Enjoy some friendly competition in our game room featuring a full-size pool table. It's the perfect spot to unwind, have some fun, and make memories with family and friends. And when you're ready for a bigger thrill, head out to the off-roading paradise surrounding Lake Havasu—unlimited miles of scenic desert riding await right from town.
Whether it's boating, fishing, golfing, off-roading, or simply making memories, this upgraded Havasu favorite is the ideal place for families to laugh, relax, and enjoy every moment.

⛳ New Backyard Putting Green
Enjoy our newly installed private putting green, perfect for a little friendly competition or practicing your short game without leaving the house! Putters and golf balls are provided for guests to enjoy. Please return the putters and bucket of balls to their designated area when you are finished.

🐾 Traveling with a pup? Dogs are welcome, but please help us keep the putting green clean and in great condition. If your dog uses the restroom on the turf, please pick up any waste immediately and thoroughly hose down the affected area.

Please treat the putting green with care so it stays beautiful for everyone to enjoy! ⛳🌴
