Unwind in the open and inviting living space, complete with two recliners, a comfortable sofa, and a Queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. *Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) We prefer full-month reservations mainly during January and February. To get your accurate quote, please set your dates to reflect the Check-In date as the First of the month and Check-out date the First of the following month. If you need monthly rates for November and/ or December, please inquire. Monthly restrictions on January and February will be removed by November 30th if homes are not reserved.

Parking Passes are required and purchased from the front desk upon arrival. Passes are $30 each and are valid for your entire stay, limit 2 per unit. Boat Trailer Parking is $30 and allows you to use the Boat Launch as well.
