We stayed during the soft opening for 7 nights. It was around national holidays too so the hotel was at full capacity.
Things I love: The hotel is clean. I love how tidy and meticulous the housekeeping service is.
Staff are welcoming, helpful and respectful to all guests.
Hotel location is adjacent to a shopping mall.
Things needing improvement: Elevator wait time.
Adding Food warmers at breakfast buffet so food doesn’t get cold, ie at egg and pancake station. Eggs arrived at the table cold.

This was my second stay here, and I was just as satisfied as I was the first time. The staff were very friendly, the place was clean, and everything was convenient. I really enjoyed my stay, and I hope to be back again soon!
