There is also a $150 transfer fee; however, the owner will cover this fee for stays of 3 nights and longer. This must be paid in advance to the Guest Contact, who will then transfer the access to your name for the duration of your stay

Our family loved this property! We would highly recommend visiting. It’s an excellent place, stocked with everything you need and then some. The condo was very clean and the owner even had all the light switches marked to eliminate confusion (Nice touch!). They were also very prompt to respond to some questions we had.

This property is exactly as described and in a great location. It is stocked with everything you need just in case you forgot to pack something. The kitchen is fully supplied with appliances, utensils and dishes. There are many amenities and the host supplies golf clubs, games, etc for your use. It was a great stay!
