A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Professionally managed by Casago First Coast. Step onto the third-floor porch for an ocean view that stretches to the horizon, then unwind in your own private hot tub as the sun goes down. This brand-new Flagler Beach retreat is built for big families and multi-generational trips — corn hole on the lawn, game nights on the Xbox, and a private elevator that makes every floor easy to reach. Beach access is just a stroll across the street.
BEDROOMS AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Sleeps up to 13 across five bedrooms plus a common-area sofa bed:
• Bedroom 1 — 1 King bed
• Bedroom 2 — 1 Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 — 1 Queen bed
• Bedroom 4 — 1 King bed
• Bedroom 5 — 1 Queen bed + 1 Twin bed
• Common Living Area — 1 Full sofa bed, for groups of 12–13
• 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom
THE SPACE
The kitchen is fully stocked for real family cooking, opening onto a cozy living room with an electric fireplace on the third floor and central AC throughout.
Outside, the private hot tub and turf sitting area are the heart of the home, alongside a gas grill and an outdoor dining and bar setup made for sunset cocktails and alfresco meals. An outdoor shower rinses off sandy feet after a day at the beach, and the enclosed yard gives everyone room to spread out — corn hole, spike ball, and beach gear are all provided, plus an Xbox for game nights indoors.
The third-floor porch delivers a genuine ocean view over the dune, with beach access just a short walk across the street — this is an ocean-view home, not directly on the sand. Flagler Beach's restaurants, coffee shops, and bars are close by, and it's a short drive to historic St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, and Washington Oaks Park, with Orlando's theme parks about an hour away.

Everything was clean, everything worked. Very close to the beach. The cafe next door was convenient. We had a great stay.

The beach house was a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The location was great, just a short walk from the beach, and the ocean views from the multiple decks were amazing, especially at sunrise and sunset.Inside, the house was bright and the open floor was great for all of us to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well equiped and the use of the gas griil was a plus. The bedrooms were quiet and the beds were very comfortable.Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

we had a delightful stay in Flagler Beach. This home is clean and beautiful. There are amazing views from both the front and back porches. The photos are accurate and everything was in great working order. We were able to spread out in the great room and enjoy one another's company. The trip exceeded our expectations. We would love to return.
