This is one awesome condo. There is a good amount of glass decor but it can easily be put up for the littles. Two balconies to see the sunrise and sunset. Was absolutely beautiful skies and we could see fireworks off the back patio. The passes to the waterpark was an added bonus for our family with children 2, 7 &9. The beach was two blocks over about a 3-5 minute walk with my Children. We were at the beach and in the water after sundown. We saw wild stingrays, manatees and dolphins while there. Lots of shells! There are restaurants within walking distance near the condo but we didn’t go to those. Big Jim’s steakhouse was good that’s about a 15-20 drive. There is a Cvs on the way To the beachFor anything you may have forgotten. I’m so happy with this visit that we will more than likely to come back to this exact spot.

This was a lovely well appointed unit. The location was superb for us as we were traveling with our grandchildren. The ease of access between the Waterpark and beach kept us busy. Our unit was at one end of the property with lovely Bayside views. This also kept the noise from the Waterpark to a minimum. The only downside was the other guests. Every night we were there, there was some group of people that would come through making a right racket between 12.30 and 2.00 am. I don't hold the owners responsible for this but I wish they property had security to handle this type of situation.

Quiet area and 2 blocks from the beach.

I truly enjoyed my time at Harbourside. The condo included plenty of starter amenities such as coffee, paper towel, toilet paper, and trash bags. It was clean and comfortable. The balcony enjoys full sun during the day, which was lovely. The proximity to the beach was also fantastic. I did experience a few issues during my stay. The first issue was with the hot water. For a full day, I didn’t have hot water in the condo. I messaged the property manager and she very quickly replied. She instructed me to run all faucets on full blast for several minutes. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. It was Sunday, so she’d send maintenance the following day. Fortunately, by Monday morning, the hot water was working again. There is construction going on at the waterpark behind the building and I wondered if that caused the hot water to not function. The next issue was with the bathroom faucets spraying water all over the sinks and floors due to calcium build up. Maintenance was sent promptly and they fixed the sinks. A week after the first hot water incident, it happened again. I once again reached out to the property manager. She offered again to send maintenance. Fortunately the issue resolved within a few hours. I asked for compensation for not having hot water twice during my stay and I was told they manage 33 condos in the building and no one else had complained (the building shares hot water). It made me feel like she was calling me a liar. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for this.
