The Space:

Step through the private entrance and take the elevator to your floor - from the penthouse level at Calablanca Residences on Isla Barú, the Caribbean opens up in every direction. The terrace faces the sea, and the light here is the kind that makes it easy to lose track of time. Nine guests can spread out comfortably across three bedrooms, with the beach, pool, gym, and more all accessible within the same complex.



The space

The penthouse sits at the top level of Calablanca Residences, with an open-plan living area that extends naturally onto a terrace with panoramic sea views. Air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable throughout the day. A patio or balcony, backyard, and outdoor furniture expand the usable space, and the elevator connects all levels of the building. Building staff are on hand around the clock to assist with arrivals and anything needed during your stay.



Sleeping arrangements

Nine guests have their pick of three bedrooms and six beds, with three and a half bathrooms ensuring there is space for the full group. Each bathroom is stocked with bed linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. A bathtub and consistent hot water are available throughout. Hangers, clothing storage, a safe, and an iron are also included.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen handles everything from a simple breakfast to a full group meal. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher cover the essentials, with a coffee maker and toaster for mornings. Cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper - are on hand, along with plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery. Coffee is supplied, and a dining table gives the group a place to gather.



Entertainment and workspace

A TV, ping pong table, and pool table keep the group entertained during downtime. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available for anyone who needs to stay connected, and a washer and dryer make longer stays more manageable.



Shared facilities

The Calablanca complex includes a pool and gym for guest use, along with a game room with foosball. Outdoor showers with L'Occitane soap are positioned near the beach entrance. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge.



Beach and outdoor living

The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. At 167 meters long, it is set up with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas. Beach essentials - towels, chairs, and an umbrella - are provided for your use.

Isla Barú sits along Colombia's Caribbean coast, and Calablanca places you close to the water from the moment you arrive. Water sports, snorkeling, yacht charters, and bike tours can be arranged in the area. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.
