✹ No parties or loud music - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by Seascape security/local police and subject to fines.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay (HOA policy) - In the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Please note - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.

The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. Beautifully furnished with a perfect balcony & beach view. The kitchen is fully stocked with new pots and pans, etc. Beach chairs/umbrella/toys/cart, etc. were a blessing with 3 little ones in tow. I honestly don't have a negative for the condo set-up. Really appreciated the professional responses and info from Stan the owner. A very chill and fun experience for the family.

This unit is 10/10 and Stanton, the owner, is sincerely dedicated to making sure your stay is wonderful. The unit is a corner unit so it is beautifully light filled. It is also very quiet with no traffic passing by your unit at all. It feels very private and peaceful. Being on the eighth floor keeps the street noise to a minimum. The unit is spotless and tastefully/comfortably decorated. Stanton generously provides so many amenities-the wagon, two umbrellas, and beach towels/beach chairs were incredible touches. The washer and dryer are large and work well, the beds are comfortable, and everything is in excellent working order. The kitchen is well stocked, and the patio furniture makes it seem like you have a second living room. Stanton’s communication is absolutely excellent. It is evident that he prides himself on being an excellent host. If you are visiting the Majestic Sun you will be thrilled with this unit! We have stayed in many different units over the years at this location, and this one is really wonderful!

The unit was well stocked. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon were great. The kitchen was also well stocked. Appreciated the coffee bar as well.
