Upham Beach is known for its wide, sugar-white sand, calm Gulf waters, and laid-back atmosphere—perfect for swimming, beach walks, and soaking in the coastal rhythm. Located in the heart of St. Pete Beach, you’re also close to local restaurants, beach bars, and casual dining, making it easy to explore without going far.
Whether you’re here for quiet beach days, sunset strolls, or simply to experience the charm of St. Pete Beach, this studio offers the perfect home base for a peaceful and memorable coastal getaway.
To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, the property is non-smoking, pet-free, and no parties are permitted. A signed rental contract and valid government-issued ID are required prior to check-in. For safety and security, exterior cameras record audio and video 24/7.
Street-permitted parking is provided for one vehicle. While vehicle information may be submitted in advance and receipt confirmed, the vehicle is not considered registered for parking until registration is explicitly confirmed on the day of arrival, as advance registration is not available.

It was difficult to find need a better address location besides 6800. It was very close to the beach and the whole complex was kept up nicely

Nice small place for 2 to get away for a few days.Great location, close to the beach and many restaurants/bars. Only downside to this unit/building is that due to the age of the building, the walls are super thin, thus you can hear your neighbors conversation and walking/jumping if there are kids above your unit like there was for us. Besides that, everything was fine.

1960s motel / condo refurnished with Home Depot grade materials. AC stopped working on the first evening, it is Saturday, too late to call. Call emergency number next day, no answer / cannot leave message as voicemail box is full. Was able to reach someone using alternate means, reply "sorry it is the weekend". Stayed for 2 nights / 3 days, no AC, no fan, no air movement in a stale 1 room apartment, miserable. Also, parking is a joke - you get prepaid street parking - IF you can find a parking spot. Property is close to popular beach, on a weekend - good luck finding a spot, anywhere within walking distance of the apartment. Overall, a rather poor experience for $400 a night (with taxes and fees).
