The place is beautiful and quiet! Easy to navigate around the area as well. It had all the resources needed for staycation.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Such a beautiful place — clean, peaceful, and perfectly located in nature. We even did the Protea Walking Route, which was absolutely beautiful. Such a lovely experience, and definitely a place we would recommend!

We would have loved if you stocked up the coffee for us when we requested the cleaning of the bedroom.

Would next time book a cottage on the lake

This was a spur-of-the-moment booking for a little break from our normal routine, and what an exceptional stay it turned out to be! The self-catering unit was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and had lovely luxurious finishes. Everything we could possibly need was provided, making our stay comfortable and completely hassle-free. We really appreciated all the thoughtful little touches, such as the delicious rusks and chocolates, which made us feel so welcome. The Weber was also ready to use, with charcoal briquettes and firelighters provided — such a lovely added bonus! The unit felt modern, spacious and very well cared for, with attention to every detail. We honestly wish we had booked for a longer stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended! 🌿✨

Pillows a little soft - but that is personal preference :)
