Great friendly host, great room, everything you need! Short taxi ride away from Emirates stadium, will stay again when next attending a concert, many thanks!

Lovely place, great value for money. Very clean and comfortable. Owen was an amazing host, extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the location, next to a huge park. Will definitely visit again!
Mattress was a bit too soft.

The room was clean and comfortable And Owen was extremely helpful, going out of his way to enable me to check-in early
Washing up is a little difficult in the small sink, and a tea towel to dry things would be useful Similarly a small table, if it fitted over the chair would help with breakfast, but these things are relatively minor. Overall very good and I can happily recommend it to other travellers
