This is a brand new apartment and the photographs on booking.com represent exactly how it is. Bright and airy with a southerly aspect. Balcony with table and 2 chairs catches the sun several times a day and the Burj Khalifa can be seen at a distance, making a nice evening view from there too. Everything in the apartment is new. Good wifi connection. TV and TV set top box were also present. Cooking at the moment is by Electric while the owner waits for the gas to be connected. The owner made contact before arrival to organise the check-in procedure and all went without issue. The place was spotless on arrival. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. There is a pool and a gym in the building. Walking distance to everywhere in Dubai Creek Harbour.
