new and spacious hotel. very clean. Nice ventilation. Imported furniture. Strong WIFI. On the ajyad road with nearby more hotels. Under ground free parking. The price which we got was super cheap. There is one pharmacy and very small market in the ground floor.

worst experience with break fast. It is not buffet and mostly fried items served. The room is big but bathrooms are so small. There is only one shower head (wide one). There is no tap and no hand held shower. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and hence we need to keep the door open to get the bathroom floor dried. Considering the price we got, this was adjustable. But if the prices are same or more than the nearby star properties, this will not be our first preference. There are no nearby restaurants. So, either we need to go to haram area to get food or to order food.
