Room layout, facilities and location. Hosts were very easily contactable and happy to help with anything we needed.
Some additional blankets would have helped, it got very cold at night!

Loves the proximity to Box Hill central. The apartment was also perfect for us and our 2 kids
There was an issue with the garage remote, which meant we didn't have access for 2 or 3 days of our stay. That was a little frustrating

Clean and tidy
Getting access to the keys, the smell throughout the entire building makes you want vomit.
