We booked last minute and Steve was nothing short of welcoming to us. We got there after dark and it was very easy to get door access and there was a light on inside. Everything was decorated beautifully. Very clean. Pool towels at the door. Everything we needed was already there. There was directions on how to access the TV, the doors, emails for to contact them if needed, and how to depart.
I would recommend the house to anyone.
I have no complaints of anything.
