Don't go for this place, its not rated "passable" to me. Long and full details in description

The breakfast sandwiches that I made myself with the baking trays I had to purchase myself as there were none at all

Ok, I don't normally write bad reviews but this has to be the worst hotel I've stayed at so far on my travels and I should have listened to the reviews. So here's a list of what was bad in order of my visit: I didn't stay on Balfour Street as the place wasn't ready so they moved me over to another place on Norman Street so that's a point down already, there's rather big steps up to the door and the door is not level so you basically have to step over the door frame with your luggage (talking nearly 10cm I'd say). Next I found when I wanted to watch telly it had been damaged so couldn't watch it and having reported it as of me leaving on day 7 it still hasn't been replaced. I had also requested pillows on night one, didn't happen. Night 2 the base collapsed in which left my feet airborne and I struggled to get out from the collapsed bed. I reported it and they moved me into another room until they could repair it which was supposed to be the next night and it was only repaired the night before I left. Next I found that there was NO OVEN TRAYS AT ALL, so I had to purchase 2 myself just to be able to cook food so now future guests can actually cook. Oh and there's only 2 forks, no tablespoons and a good amount of table knives and tablespoons. No kitchen knives to prep food. There was linen in the washer that had been left and was still there after 3 days so I removed it to do my washing so not impressed at all. There's also loose wires on some of the lights and one of the kitchen window panels are loose so don't try to open it if you don't want it to fall out Overall, if you just need a bed for the night, go for it but expect to be somewhere else and that your bed may cave in or for more than a night, go elsewhere

Very little to like - Just the location a reasonable comfortable bed and shower

Other guests were fighting tumbling furniture, using foul language, making loud noise including crying, screaming, running, door slamming all drama occurred on 2 consecutive nights at 2:30 to about 3:45 am Food and drinks went missing from fridge A complete disregard for the No Smoking policy, Also strong smell of Cannabis Bedroom door doesn’t close securely - which is scary given the fracas Someone knocking at door at about 3 am - scared Too scare to contact the host because of time and fear my own safety The property is somewhat dilapidated

This place is a scam, do not book.

Nothing.

Being unable to access the room and having to find somewhere else to stay due to the landlord not answering, and instead being greeted by a number of people coming up with excuses for me to hand my phone over to them.
