The #1 thing is loveable Roberto! Apartment is a little hard to find (look for arch just after 22 - it's inside the charming courtyard & up the stairs). Very large, sweet details from the decorative pillows to the wall art - so thoughtful. The sauna is wonderful.
Wifi is weak, especially for TV watching - we moved the router into the bedroom which helped alot. Can be a little noisy in the morning from the main street (lots of cars driving through). A room darkening curtain in the bedroom would be appreciated. Small improvements, but we loved our stay!

Breakfast isn't provided as part of the stay, however there is a great breakfast place 6 or 7 minutes walk up the road and extremely reasonable to. The infra red sauna was a special treat, though trying to get my wife out of it did make us late.
We had some rain, but apart from that everything was brilliant. If you like to jog, running around this hill based village, the views are fantastic.

the size of the rental was just as listed and expected. The bathroom and showers were very nice and comfortable with nice linens. the room was very secure with multiple lock points throughout the rental.
as it is an old and historic building, you can easily here noise from outside the rental and from the neighbors. We were awoke in the middle of the night twice by noise from neighbors above.
