everything was spotless clean and tidy
 very comfortable bed
really well equipped with all the kitchen utensils that one might need
big and very nice smart TV (with Netflix included)
excellent communication with the owner, and the check-in/ check-out procedures were a breeze
very warm although it was cold outside
very easy to reach by car and I have seen some bus stations but haven't used them (with no car is far away from any point of interest)
free parking nearby (but not guaranteed and only per availability, but we didn't have any problems)
there is a small grocery shop 2 minutes away
- nothing really
