Breakfast was excellent and in fact, the food was wonderful! We ate all our meals there and were never disappointed. Afaf, who was the morning manager at breakfast, was very helpful and most kind and couldn’t do enough for us! A great start to the day.
Omar, the concierge at the front desk, was a huge help with formatting the TV so I could watch movies on Prime TV and was ever ready to be of service at any time, always with a smile, and was dedicated to solving any issues.
All of the staff were gracious and happy to be of service at any time.

Personnel très agréable et aux petits soins. Vue spectaculaire depuis le roof top et la piscine. Petit déjeuner pantagruélique. Propreté irréprochable. Tout était parfait .

The breakfast was amazing, you can’t possibly leave hungry! Falafel, cheese, fruit plate, breads, Brazilian coffee, tea, juices, omelette/eggs…anything you want! Service everywhere was superb. Food was wonderful, especially dinner where I had steak and a friend had jumbo shrimp…the chef is brilliant. Beds were very comfortable, room lovely, beautifully designed as was the whole hotel. The kindest Egyptian hospitality helps to make this a real sanctuary, quiet and rejuvenating with great pyramid views. A lovely spa…jacuzzi, two saunas, massage room, etc. A perfect start and stay for enjoying Cairo’s treasures.

Restaurant & pool gave a wonderful view on the pyramids
A complete rip-off when it comes to taxi fares. Unfortunately, this is done in collusion with the hotel staff. Charging US$100 for a ride of just a few kilometres is outrageous.
