I liked the proxity to UShaka Marine World and the beach. I also like the presence of security guards. They made me to feel safe.
The furniture was stylish and made up with durable wood.
Communication regarding our stay there was excellent.
We were 4 in number, booked for 4nights but we were supplied with only 4 toilet papers.
Unlocking the door was a bit difficult.
The TV remote was not easy to use, we thought the batteries were old.

The facility was up to par, looked like the pictures advertised. We only met one staff member, the night shift security guard was welcoming, friendly and very informative. He was amazing!!! The location is excellent and has the best views. The beds are very comfortable and the way it's designed is perfect. My family really enjoyed their stay and it was very safe.
The facility was okay, not thoroughly clean because there were brown stains on the bed sheet and on the sofa, one pillow on the sofa didn't have a zipper and the contents were coming out.. The kitchen sink cupboard was slightly broken. If they paid attention to small details and had a swimming pool it will be exceptional and value for money.
