Charlotte and Matthew made everything super easy. Their instructions and communication was exact and we had no issues accessing the apartment at 7am after a long flight. All the appliances were new and worked splendidly - read their manual! Kensington High Street is a short 5-minute jaunt away and so is the tube. I love this area and I repeatedly stay here each time in London and this apartment makes it easy to enjoy London as it's so tranquil and safe such that after a late night musical, you wouldn't feel wary walking back. Thank you!
The apt was stylish and well-designed but a tad tight for 3 to 4 people. It's to be expected; it's London and we are in Kensington!
