The Space:
Welcome to this modern 43 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Broadway in the heart of Westminster. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: Double Bed, Living Room: Double sofa bed. The apartment has a full bathroom.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has individual radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

Westminster is London’s political and ceremonial heart, home to the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and St James’s Park. The neighbourhood feels grand and historic, and is ideally placed for visiting most of London’s major landmarks on foot. Victoria, Westminster, and St James’s Park tube stations are all within easy reach, and the South Bank is a short walk across the river.

I really enjoyed my stay at this London flat. The location was amazing—right across the road from St George train station—so it was very easy to get around. Even though it was close to everything, the area still felt calm and safe. The apartment was bigger than I expected for a 1-bedroom in London, and it looked recently refurbished. It was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and all the furniture felt good quality. Picking up the keys was easy and only a short walk away. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and helpful throughout my stay. The deposit was returned fast, which I really appreciated.
