The kitchenette is ready for all your culinary needs, whether you`re making a quick snack or a romantic dinner. It includes a microwave, a two-burner stove, a mini-refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee station stocked with a variety of pods and teas. A charming bar with stools provides a perfect spot to dine.
Retreat to the tranquil bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen-size bed with soft, neutral-toned bedding. A mounted TV is perfect for watching movies from bed, and a spacious closet provides ample storage for your belongings.
The bathroom is a modern and clean space, complete with a walk-in shower with a glass door and a large vanity. We provide fresh towels and essential toiletries for a hassle-free stay.

2)- Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charge a penalty at 30$ per person per night and pets 80$. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy. there are exterior camaras in front and back of the apartment for your safety and to verify the number of guests if needed
3)- No illegal substances allowed on the premises
4)- No parties or events 1500$ fine.
5)- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
