Welcome to Villa GoALL'O in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, Brittany.
Located near the port of the seaside resort of Saint-Quay-Portrieux, this pleasant holiday home welcomes you to a peaceful seaside neighborhood. Close to everything and renovated in 2022, the villa features a stylish, contemporary decor for a relaxing atmosphere, with a spacious living area of over 40 m² (fully equipped kitchen open to the living and dining room). Three charming bedrooms await you: one on the ground floor with a queen-size bed (160 cm); upstairs, a master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) with a partial sea view; a children's attic room (2 single beds, 90 cm) with games and books. Two shower rooms, two toilets (one separate). Office space and library available. Baby equipment on request (travel cot, high chair, baby bath, etc.).
The villa boasts original wood floors and staircase, surrounded by lovely flower gardens. On the garden level: utility room with washer-dryer and storage for beach or fishing gear. Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV included. Enclosed 450 m² garden with terraces, barbecue, sun loungers, parasols, and outdoor furniture. Private parking in the courtyard, garage for bikes and leisure or water sports equipment. Free street parking.
An excellent base: 5 beaches within walking distance, 2 ports, GR34 coastal path, water sports, tennis courts, cinema, golf, and playgrounds nearby. Shops and entertainment from 500 m away.
