We stayed with our kids and where really happy. There are two bathrooms which is really convenient. Neighborhood has so many playgrounds which surprised us. Only 15 min subway ride to Manhattan.

Host was very responsive, this apartment is big in size for NYC. No joke 5 mins from subway which is great. The apartment was on 2nd level right at the intersection which could be noisy for some. Even is only on 2nd floor but stairs is steep but it’s okay for us. Nice place for what we need. Thank you Anna.

Lovely big apartment with all the cooking essentials you need, not that we did a lot of cooking. Comes equip with oven, microwave , toaster and coffee machine if you don’t like instant.tea towels cloths all provided.
Very homely,
plenty of seating and tv provided with plenty of channels to watch. Free WiFi which the kids were overjoyed and good service , with the two bathrooms made it great for all of us getting ready.towels were provided as well as shampoos and soap and toilet roll.
The subway is literally a two min walk and so easy to get to all the attractions. We have never really used an underground/ train before this holiday and we found it so easy.we got a week train pass to get off and on as many times for £33 dollars each it has been well worth it going to all the different places in New York.
Across from the apartment there is grocery stores, dunking donuts, Chinese, Greek and other restaurants do try the king of falafel king of shawarmas it is great.
We came over the new year period please be aware there is queues for everything. Attractions, toilets, coffee shops, we come from a very small place and was overwhelmed how busy everywhere is, unless you want to queue all day to get into to time square or pay a lot of money for tickets you can’t get anywhere near.
We got the New York pass and you do save money but it doesn’t let you get in any faster as everyone has them.
If we ever come to New York again we would def book here again.thankyou Anna

This was a "bucket list" trip for us. The apartment was perfect. Lots of space. There was nothing lacking. Close proximity to the subway system, groceries, local restaurants, bakeries. Anna was very helpful throughout our stay. Would we stay there again??? You bet!!!

Excellent location: Apartment is located in Astoria, just 15 minutes from Manhattan and within 45 minutes of almost every touristic sight in NYC.
Excellent host: Communication with Anna was efficient and fast. No questions were left open, answers always arrived within minutes.
Excellent apartment: Quite large, clean apartment with Aircon. We especially liked the two bathrooms, making things easier when travelling in a group.

We had a very nice three night stay here. The apartment is clean and spacious, it was great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for my wife and two grown daughters, made getting ready to go out so much easier. Short walk to subway and a fairly short ride to the theater district in Manhattan. Dunkin Donuts just around the corner, I got coffee there every morning. Other markets and restaurants all around. Free street parking on side streets, including right outside the entrance to the building, just need to read the signs for the times parking is restricted. A minor glitch getting into the building and unit with the code that had not yet been changed (because we arrived ahead of schedule), but not a big deal. Anna was easy to work with and very responsive the couple of times we had to contact her. We would stay here again.

Spacious unit with high ceilings and comfy furniture, an easy very short commute to Manhattan. Lots of great restaurant options close by. Such a nice alternative to a hotel.

Spacious clean apartment, convenient location
We stayed in this large apartment with good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Instructions for getting in were clear and we had no trouble. The owner was very responsive to our email and phone/text inquiries and walked an extra mile to make sure we are comfortable in her place. Next time I travel to NYC I'll try to rent this property again.

It is our home in Astoria
This is home base for our semi-annual trips to see our NY grandchildren. The place is large enough for a sleepover and always inviting. Anna is a good host.

First Time in New York
We were very comfortable staying in this apartment. All amenities were close by. We found some great restaurants and the 24 hr grocery was right across the street.We used the subway to travel into Manhattan and that worked very well for us. On two occasions we had to phone Anna with a question, and she was very responsive. Thanks so much.

Nicely Remodeled
The apartment was easy to get to and easy to enter. The bathrooms and kitchen had been remodeled with a nice contemporary vibe. We ate at several establishments in the area and the people were very friendly and helpful. It was a very nice place to stay.

The apartment is just like the photos - airy, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is great. Beds and bedding great. Store across the road excellent. Anna a responsive helpful host. Perfect little place
This apartment was just right for the 5 of us. It was conveniently located close to places to eat, the train, a grocery store, and laundry mat. The apartment had everything needed. It was comfortable. The beds were nice and the second bathroom was a plus!
The reason I did not give it 5 stars was the check in and out times were not the best. Most places you check out by 11 and can be in by 3. Having children and luggage can make those times difficult.
We would rent again though!

Exceeded our expectations
We really liked it a lot and the money was well spent for.
The place was clean and spacious, it had a few minor issues as listed below, located within 3-5 minutes from a metro station. You could be at Manhattan within 15 minutes.
A few issues: bed cover in the main bedroom had stains. Sink faucet hose was working but it was broken. Minor mildew in the bad tub, probably cleaners did not pay attention.
It would definitely consider it again for my next stay in NY.

Traveling with 4 adults, we were anticipating the typical “New York” warnings of tiny accommodations, warnings to be super cautious and walking for miles. None of these were proven true as we were pleasantly surprised at the spacious clean, accommodations, easy access to groceries, restaurants and transportation and very safe, neighborly vibe of this property. We would definitely recommend this property to any who want to be close to the city but far enough out to enjoy a real New York living experience. We traveled to visit our son who recently moved to Astoria and as a mom- I feel much better now that I have actually seen the neighborhood:). The 4 of us definitely enjoyed NYC and this property immensely. Thanks for helping our family make great memories!

Great roomy bright apartment in a great location. Five minutes walk to subway and 20 minutes ride to Times Square.

The two big cost challenges when traveling to New York with a midsize group are lodging and logistics. This VRBO addresses both of those issues. The accommodations are perfect for a group of 4 to 6+ people with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is comfortable sleeping for at least 6 people. The Astoria (Queens) location is perfect, with shopping and restaurants literally steps from your front door, and the Broadway subway station only blocks away. The property manager, Anna, was accessible and responsive for any needs we had during our stay. If I am back in New York with a group, we will definitely be back at this property. The pricing was extremely competitive for New York, and a great value for our group!!

Directly across the street from a grocery store, and several close by choices to eat out. Great apartment for a base to explore NYC.

Our family of six enjoyed a really great New Years' break staying here. The apartment was warm and comfortable. The bedding is good quality and there are plenty of towels. Great 24hr supermarket literally across the street and Broadway subway station is a four minute walk. Would highly recommend. Anna was prompt with all communication and extremely helpful.
